Staff are really friendly. we were not totally satisfied with the hair cut however. They could also have some toy chairs as well to make it more interesting for kids.

So disappointed in their mannerism and the product! We went after reading all the nice reviews but our experience was totally opposite. My 1 yr old was so upset through the whole process, I kept on telling the lady that he is not interested in screen time, but she was more focused on getting it over and done with, rather than giving the poor little guy some time to adjust. Given the experience they have with kids, for sure, didn't expect this kind of a behavior. Moreover, once the cut was done it looks horrible!! Can't justify the price with the cut! Extremely disappointing and just not worth it.

Cut was average with no blending and more focus on sitting kids in front of iPads rather than anything else. 2min in chair and charged full whack for a cut we could have done at home.

Uhm, not sure about my experience. My daughter loved the place. But I really went there so my daughter's fringes will be fixed after I made a disaster cutting it myself. It looked the same afterwards. I also asked them to cut my daughter's hair the shortest they could do for summer. They did cut it short but I think they could still cut it shorter. My daughter had her first haircut somewhere else and with one instruction, the haircutter got everything right. So, I'm not sure if they already did the best they could do with my daughter's hair or I should have given more instructions. Quite disappointed with the outcome. Otherwise, staff was friendly and very accommodating, and know how to deal with kids.

Cannot rate this place highly enough. The girls here are amazing with my 18mo old. He sat by himself for the whole haircut. Perfect for kids. We drove up from Berwick and won't go anywhere else!
