I was very impressed with the fast and friendly service we received when we ordered the beautiful Barbie dress  for my granddaughter's birthday. The dress was even so much more beautiful than the picture on the website. When we ordered the dress we also ordered a hair garland to match. They noticed that we ordered the wrong one and even gave us a call to ensure that this was what we really wanted. Of course we wanted the matching headband and they changed it over for us. My little grand daughter was so delighted with her present . Thank you Little Gems, you our little girl very happy!

I recently purchased the most gorgeous little fairy dress from Little Gems for my baby niece. Effortless experience - helpful advice & easy online purchasing - parents & baby were all thrilled with the cutest dress ! 
I was really impressed with the quality of the fabrics & workmanship, also the detailing & finish is so special :)

Bought one of theses 'little gems' for my niece - was very happy with my purchase from ordering to delivery.  Wasn't sure of sizing and was glad to speak to someone who knew a lot more about 
Individual sizing (she's small for an 8yro) - thank you I have one happy little princess

BE WARNED. Terrible customer service. I bought an ongoing item, that I ended up not needing. I wanted to exchange - not return, exchange the item for another item of LESSER value and was happy to bear the extra cost. I was flatly told, no returns. The dress was purchased less than 24 hours ago and has never been worn. Unacceptable treatment, do not buy from here.
