This cafe has changed ownership in the last two months and is now tasty little Thai cafe that was surprisingly authentic flavours. The savoury curry puffs are very good. But watch out, the basil chilli stir fry is pretty spicy!
The staff were friendly and I wanted to like this place but it did not live up to expectations unfortunately. I had dim sims for breakfast going with the Thai fusion theme which tasted ordinary - probably the frozen type, and a hot chocolate which tasted like watered down milk. We also got the eggs and sausages which wasn't bad, cooked well. Nothing extraordinary.
We had a coffee break here on our way back to Sydney. The kitchen was closed as the chef was ill. We enjoyed the cute little cafe that wasn't that little after all. You can sit outside in the frontcourt and thanks to lovely decoration and a hedge, you are well protected from the busy main road. There is a backyard with more tables and you can also sit inside. We had coffees, an apple crumble muffin and a lamingtion - everything was delicious and fresh. The food on the menu looked promising too. The guy working in there was very natural, friendly and happy to chat to us. If you come here by yourself, you can grab a book from the porch and read while enjoying your breakfast or lunch. Would definitively go here again!
Proper little Berry secret this place, tucked away behind a hedge next to the Southern Motel. There's been a few cafe businesses in this particular building, but the current owners are far and away the best, serving first-rate cafe food, cooked exceedingly well. I think it's fair to say that the best breakfast in Berry is at Littlefork. Choose from a stack of pancakes with maple syrup and bacon or vegetable fritters or perhaps eggs benedict with a heroic stack of bacon. Lunchtimes are equally awesome - give the Hippy Burger a go with a milkshake and put a smile on your face. Service is excellent here and there's plenty of space to sit down inside and out, with a cute courtyard area out the back. Definitely worth a visit, or two, particularly if you're after something more substantial than a latte and a croissant for brekkie.
Excellent. The food is fantastic and their service goes above and beyond what you expect. If you are going through Berry then you need to stop, have a break and try this place out. For sure you will call in again. Well done to the staff.
Won't be going back! Took over 15 minutes to get iced coffee & over 30 minutes to get our food. Then I got bad diarrhea. Not good when travelling in the car away from Berry. I will be going elsewhere for food/coffee next time I visit Berry.
I was the only customer and it took over 10 minutes to make a cheese and tomato sandwich. There was no cash for change in the till. The service is slow but the coffee and the garden is nice.
Nice cafe. Serves breakfast any time. Nice lunch menu too. Opened Mon and Tue as opposed to most other places in Berry.
Good old fashioned service with nice home made fresh food. We really enjoyed our quick lunch: steak sandwich, quiche. Thanks!
The vegetable fritters were tasteless and doughy so asked to swap for scrambled egg on toast. The scrambled egg was undercooked mush and the toast didnt come with any butter.
