Was advised there were 2 people ahead of me when I arrived for my appointment- 1 1/2 hours later I counted 7 people see the Dr I was seeing before I got in.  New TV display that plays a loop of Drs and a very annoying soundtrack was terrible- please just put the news on or something to make the time go a bit faster. I pity the staff that have to listen to it constantly

The lady receptionist needs to learn professionalism and the value of time. I was initially told the waiting period would be 1.5 hours. After waiting for 3 hours, three people who arrived after me, also walk-in appointments heard their conversations, got their turn to see the GP, but I was still waiting. When I asked the receptionist when my turn was coming, she said after two more people. Unfortunately, she seemed to have forgotten to put my name in the queue, as evidenced by her body language. It is disappointing to see such a person working in the healthcare sector.

Visited the clinic for a prescription renewal. My appointment was scheduled for 10:45 AM, and the doctor called me in at 10:49 AM. The doctor was highly professional and courteous during the consultation. The entire staff at Lithgow Medical demonstrated exceptional customer service and professionalism throughout my visit.

Have attended 3 times for same issue, 2nd visit Dr took swab samples for testing, these seem to have dissappeared, 3rd visit Dr Munoz took more swabs, still waiting to get results for those. Frobt counter staff and Dr Munoz seem very good but front counter seem like they need more help, meantime i am still hoping for a test diagnisis and then treatment....

This clinic is very difficult to deal with, it took over four months for them to gather medical history, despite repeated appointments and paperwork that were specifically made for that reason, the wait has been up to two hours on multiple occasions, never seen a dr in less than an hour, and after asking for a specific dr for an appointment was sent an email saying it was with someone else.nI work in the medical industry and know exactly what it takes to manage a clinic, which makes this place all the more frustrating.
