Place is convenient, less traffic. Onsite parking available. 29/Jul/2022 evening, I shopped there. There were two middle age ladies at the service. They were excellent. Offered me a great customer service, a real good conversation, and I was 100% satisfied with their interaction and customer service. They made me welcome, which I would say not happening in most of the places. When I review places offering services, I usually dnt rate 5 stars. Mostly 4 for the stores. But, for those two ladies for their customers service, and when real good in every aspect in combination, it deserves 5 stars.
Extremely disappointed with this store. I was super excited when I found a bourbon that I’ve been looking for several years, only to find out that it was not real. I placed an online order for Wild Turkey 14YO Tradition Bourbon. I received an email the next day saying my order was fulfilled and ready for pick up. This store was a couple hours away so I decided to called the store to confirm the item I was picking up was the 14YO Tradition Bourbon, excited to hear that it indeed was— awesome! After driving over 2 hours one way, I show up to the store that had my order ready, only to find out that it was clearly not the item I ordered. The part I find off putting is that they tried to cover up the fact it was not the item I ordered, sliding it across the counter for me to take, acknowledging that they knew it wasn’t it and claimed it was a glitch in the system. Why would they fulfill an order on something they didn’t have and cover it up? At this point I was disappointed, and asked for a refund, which they were not happy to do, but refunded me the money. I lost trust in LiquorLand by this interaction and will not return.
Stopped by get some drinks on my way down south for xmas. staff was very friendly. Unfortunately I was very disappointed when I opened my box to find the drinks 4 months expired!! not acceptable in my opinion... If I could have I would have gone to get my money back, will not go back.
