I used to really enjoy going into the store to be served by Josh and Nick who are just 2 wonderful and friendly guys. However on Tuesday I didn’t have my reading glasses and a short, stout young man read the Coles docket which was $10 for six bottles and my comment was, “well that’s cheaper than $20 for 20 cans”! When I went to get the bottles there was  only one box so I  asked if there was a 2nd one available.
 It was then when I received the most hideous and disgusting customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life! I was a customer service manager with Westpac having 27 stAFF and have a degree in HR management yet this man IKE berrated me in front of three customers, frightening me and reducing me to tears but to make matters worse, he wasn’t interested in listening that I misunderstood that you could only get one box which I wasn’t told in the beginning, but  by then He’d started yelling at me and humiliated me beyond comparison, he ripped the box of van from putt of my trolley, shoved them back on display and told me to get out of HIS STORE and never come back! It wasn’t until I had to plead with this man and call him Sir, that he allowed me to make a purchase which when I did, I was shaking so much he becamimpatient!
 I have never cried so much while walking around a supermarket after the incident, I felt scared, frightened and bullied by a store employee  which I have never experienced in my entire life or professional life!
 I’ve had to seek medical attention as I have been unable stop crying, can’t sleep and having nightmares over this terrible incident and I am too frightened to go back to the store. I am now on medication due to this incident! Five times now I have tried to tell Coles and Coles liquor land about this incident which was five days ago I am so distressed over the matter but as to date, there has been no response from COLES LIQUORLAND at all!
