I had horrible experience here. 11.1.23 at 7:30pm. 2 young girls were rostered that time. Was there after shpoing at Coles. Needed few drinks for family gathering this weekend. I was with my kids, 17 &11 years old. one of the girl said not so politel. May be because I'm not white to my son " I need to check your ID. " Apparently.....he was communicating about drink with me in the store she can not sell me any alcohol. ... This happened with my husband at liquorland Chadstone 4 years ago when he was 13. I thought it was the women who was hard in her head to figure out the situation. I'm wondering if this is a Victorian law? Or Liquorland management people rule or do I just really bumped into those dumb sales person??? I appreciate if she did ID check when my son walked into the shop with bunch of his friends trying to buy alcohol but not when kids are with parents. Please train your staff right or hire bit older people with bit more common sense. Well, I've spend $120 elsewhere who were happy to sell to 46 years old. She lost sales for you liquorland!!! And god knows how many more customers were turned down cos they hop in to grab a drink after shopping with kids at Coles.
The foul looks and rude attitude of a staff member when my partner and I walked and looked around was not appropriate and made us feel very uncomfortable to the point we left and went somewhere else.
Good range of wines not as good as Dan Murphy's but a lot smaller, location makes it easy
Place is neat, tidy and clean, aisles are kept clear, good special's recently
Horrible n ut most ignorant service by an individual staff member. Felt utterly disrespected and was having a good day until this happened. There 0 understanding and knowledge from this person. Won’t be needing alcohol from this store again

Can’t go past how great the selection & specials are at this store. Neat & organised as well as friendly nice team members. Narrow & a bit tight with trolleys but nice easy looking store.
Most helpful staff and very kindly help me to my car because I have a damaged Leg thankfully for the help.
Checkout people weren't wearing masks until I approached to check out. Weren't there two breakouts at this place already? Surely they can just wear masks like everyone else
