Bottle shop drive thru ? This is my second time I’ve been through and blatantly ignored!! It’s a drive thru bottle shop I’m in the fast lane. Waiting in my car to be served why the guy behind the counter! Ignores me but serves all other patrons who came in after myself because they walked in ?? It’s a drive thru bottle shop not a park and get out shop and if you do browse totally fine but there is TWO lanes for a reason.. Very rude elderly man behind the counter. Cooroy bottle shop drive thru 10 x better.
A young lady who works in the drive through bottle shop is so rude and belligerent. Maybe the hotel manager needs to provide her with customer service training before it’s too late for her to realize she won’t get very far in life with that attitude.
Called into this Liquorland today. Walked in the bottle drive through and the assistant showed me into the shop. When I came to pay, was greeted by a different sullen rude assistant who gave me lecture that I should NOT have entered through the bottleshop and told me in a condescending way to use the entrance into the car park. I ignored her instruction and left the way I entered- am new to the area and knew I would have difficulty finding my car if I followed her instruction. Definitely could do with some customer relationship training. Lady in bottleshop was normal and friendly. Pity, lost this customer.
