Exceptional customer service! Thank you to Kathy from the Kings Langley store, who has single handly restored my faith in traditional customer service. It is apparent that Kathy is training her staff in the same manner. Polite, helpful and knowledgeable, I will go out of my way to shop at this store, knowing I will receive in return welcoming helpful service. Thank you, Kathy! Your help is greatly appreciated.

I had the misfortune to shop in Liquorland at Kings Langley about 6.30pm tonight. Staff member Graham should have stayed at home! He left me standing at the register, came from the back of the store, no greeting, eye contact, nothing! Didn't engage with me at all. Didn't ask if I wanted a bag & bashed the register as if he was in a bad mood. I won't be back!

More expensive then there website. When questioned they said that's online only. Even though online you can " click and collect " from this store at the online price. What a joke!
