Bad experience while purchasing drinks, felt like we were treated as criminals even though we were paying customers. The level of suspicious vibes was insane. Felt like we were used as pawns for some sort of security training excercise. After I had payed , I waited out front for my girlfriend to come out with her drinks after me. The security and one staff member stared at me like hawk's and spoke like I couldn't hear them and like I was a criminal. They were saying you have to look out for people like him, the ones who wait for their friend to come out. Not sure what that means...there must be a common scheme that criminals use. Still doesn't excuse making your customers feel so uncomfortable and criminal like they did.

Absolute joke! I'm 32 had my driver's licence, and was declined entry because my boyfriend did not have his passport but only had his driver's licence. We are buying alcohol! Absolutely pathetic, treated like criminals

The worst experience ever , went yesterday afternoon and there is a queue for the shop and everyone handing out passport to the security even they 18+. Security wouldn’t let me go inside and it happened 2 days . He told me to go Dunkan’s or BWS. So I went to DanMurphy. I won’t go again ever.
