I'm getting very very tired of your company advertising specials and on day one not having any in stock. that is FALSE ADVERTISING. it is illegal. It is illegal for a business to mislead or deceive you about the things they sell. This includes: Advertising goods and services that you cannot supply in order to get people into your shop or an online sale is known as 'bait advertising' and is illegal. It is illegal to engage in this conduct where goods or services are advertised for sale at a discounted price, and they are not available.
Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff member. Had what I wanted in stock. Appeared to have a reasonable amount and variety of stock on hand.
Pick up for my uncle, store is smaller than the old was... Nice all the same.
Lovely guy with glasses helped carry our alcohol to the front and always keen for a nice catch up, and then the awesome chick with tattoos came out in the pouring rain carrying our alcohol out. Awesome bunch! Nice having some recommendations from me which they are spot on with. Always nice having a quick chat with them my favorite local liquor land

Such a rude guy working for this shop. Just asked for a mask as we dint had a mask to enter the shop. he came out and throw 2 masks at us me and my friend which was the worst experience in my life. Felt so ashamed that such rude people exist management please check the cameras and make sure this guy is doing the right thing for the customers. such a shame
What an excellent customer experience. Was given an excellent tour on whisky and the tastes. The comparison and quality of what to enjoy with out breaking my bank balance. Then the opportunity to taste the limited edition whisky. Now that was just something else. I ended up buying a bottle to enjoy that evening. Thanks 4 the time taken to getting to know what I was looking for.
As I was self-isolating due to a close contact of a covid +ve person & my friend was on the way to grab me my favorite Single Malt Whisky. I just wanted to do a Click & Collect but the time span was of just 10/15 mins. I called in store & asked Mike what would be the best way to pay for it. As per his advice I went online,placed the order, paid for it & gave him my friend's details. My friend left me the bottles outside my front door. Thanks to the excellent service. Cheers
Lovely service. Staffs are always nice and friendly. One female staff don't know her name always smiling and talkative, very welcoming.. Love going there for my liquor shopping
