Staff today were ignorant and unhelpful. No greeting or offer of help and when I asked for a bag they gave me a tiny box with the drinks stacked up over the top making it difficult to carry.
Customer service at this store leaves a lot to be desired. Click and collect experience was dreadful. I ended up having to pay for items twice as 1 item in the order was not available and store won't release partial orders. The only way to collect the instock items was to purchase them as a separate transaction and contact customer service to cancel the original order.
Friendly staff, quick service and a good range for a small store.
