Bought the Running with Thieves West Coast IPA from here and it was not good to the point I couldn’t drink more than one mouthful. Checked the best before date and it was April 2023. Took the rest back to let them know it’s not good and warn them not to sell anymore to unsuspecting customers and provide this feedback to the brewery. Was told the manager wasn’t available for a refund - no worries provided my details so he can call me and discuss. Left the beer as I had no need for it. After no call I contacted them 3 days later assuming the message wasn’t passed on. Oh yeah your the guy that bought back the west coast IPA and was told it’s not their job to contact the brewery and too bad if you don’t like it! Apparently I’m the customer of the brewery and if I don’t like the beer it’s not their issue it the brewery I need to speak to. Sorry as the distributor it is your issue and it’s chance to give the brewery that you have partnered with feedback and potentially don’t upset other customers.
I received a friendly and professional service from Brody today. He knows his brews very well and sent me home with 'Running with Thieves Ginger Beer'. It went down a treat and it was a great recommendation. I will be coming back for more.
The guy here Tristan provides the best customer service. The big flamboyant guy that owns the place is super enthusiastic about chicken. Also they have ceiling fans now
Just grabbed a carton and I reckon their beer fridge is the coldest in WA. Just what the doctor ordered.
My local store, that has a good selection of beers and wines however could have more.
