To Laundromat Facility TeamnnI would like to share my concern regarding the cleanliness and maintenance of the washing machines. It’s disappointing to see that even machines meant for human laundry are being used for animal items, which raises serious hygiene concerns.nnThere also appears to be no regular cleaning schedule, and it’s clear that these machines are not being disinfected or properly checked. As a customer, I believe cleanliness should be a top priority, especially in a shared laundry facility where many people rely on these machines to wash clothes safely and hygienically.nnI hope the team can look into this and consider implementing daily cleaning protocols and clearer separation of machines for animal vs. personal use. A little extra care and attention would go a long way in improving the experience and safety for everyone.nnThank you, and I hope to see improvements soon.
Worked well, but I had to buy a card for $1 and then could only add to it in $10 increments. You had to use a card to pay as the machines were coinless. The dryers would only let you select options in 25-minute increments. As we were traveling and only used the service once, it ended up costing $20 to wash and dry our clothes.nTip: Check the trash can for a discarded card. You'll save $1.
Plenty of machines. All though not winter yet. Tidy
We did our bedding A 10 kg load in the LG washing machines and found them excellent at cleaning and also used the LG dryers but after 30 min the bedding was still a little damp But considering the size of the load I was impressed. Also Laundromat was so clean and tidy compared to others
Great resource for oversize items. Don't need to go and buy a key it's now on site and uses card. The dairy who used to supply clearly becoming annoyed. I made the mistake of going there to find out... and they we're short and rude with it. Just a heads up. Good clean facility does the job.
