Very nice bakery section with some of my favourite cakes and breads. And a good selection of fine food not to be found in other supermarkets. Super friendly staffs too.
I recently ordered a $150 Meze platter with the intention of catering for 11-12 people, there was just enough for about 10. I was very disappointed with the quantity and quality of foods, presentation of the platter and general value for money. It's a pity as the food at Lipscombe Larder is usually of a high standard.

My review is about just for a birthday cake, which was not different than a mud cake. Taste was very heavy, no one didn't want to get another bite after first. Stayed in the fridge for a week, ended up in the rubbish bin. RIP over there.
Lovely shop and so much variety in a small space. Prepared food, butcher, baked bread and cakes and lists of fruits and veges. So many options you'll find everything you want for a delicious meal!
As a family of 6, we have celebrated every special milestone with a cake from Lipscomb Larder. All of our Birthdays, 10th, 18th, 21st, 30th, 50th etc. For each of us, always producing a Wow. But this birthday, our youngest turning 30 was no wow at all. No effect was made. It was very disappointing
Lovely little shop, nice cheeses and wine. Friendly staff.
