Have had my vehicle serviced at Linn Motors in Thames for years- cannot fault. Recently moved to Paeroa and needed a couple things looked at. First trip to Linn Motors Paeroa went well, was told if any furthers concerns let us know. Leak not fixed, took it back, they had ute for 2 days to fix a leak in the dash and charged an arm and a leg. When bill was queried, reception lady told me she did not make it up and rudely said I'd have to wait to talk to mechanic. Did not have time to as I'd been waiting 2 days to get my vehicle back and had places to be. Will be making the trip over to Thames in future.

The service was great, and the people super nice, but they didn't really deliver. My car wouldn't start so I had it towed over by Paeroa towing service, a super nice guy who arrived on time, had good pricing and he even gave me a lift. This way I could drive my car back when the garage was done with it. It didn't go like that, they couldn't find the problem and couldn't lend me a car either so I walked 13km. I had my car over for a week and they couldn't find the problem. I called them every odd day cause I couldn't work without my car and lost a lot of money that way. They replaced some random pieces. which I was okay with as long as they would find the problem. At the end of the week I was able to pick up the car and had a small fee of 900 dollars. This was already upsetting but the car started in one go so that brightened it a bit up. I went down the road, had lunch and after that the car started after a dozen tries. Not what you'd expect after a 900 dollar job. So I drove back to the garage and had a chat with the mechanic, he told me nobody knows what's wrong and I'll have to go elsewhere. He was happy to tell a future mechanic what he knows.

What a great team. When stuck on grass verge 4 guys from the workshop answered my call for help to get pushed back to the road. Many thanks from me and the Thames St.John health shuttle.

Don't know who many cars we have purchased from here but another great deal today from Brian. Thanks heaps. My dad cant wait till Thursday to pick up his new wheels.

Got my car in for a wof, friendly  people , had a coffee while I waited....great.

Extremely helpful, polite I truely recommend this company for being so outstanding
