Online buyers beware - very disappointed with the purchase of a used car. Firstly, the car was advertised with a few less thousand kilometres than it actually had on the odometer. Fortunately the salesperson let me know, but only when I asked. The biggest and main issue is the car was completely misrepresented. The Carsales ad said the condition of the car would suit the fussiest of buyers. I’m sure the fussiest of buys don’t look for cars with a deep scratch running the full length of the passenger side front and rear doors? The extent and severity of the hail damage on the vehicle was also massively played down, it’s certainly not minor and not just on the bonnet. The bonnet is also too damaged to be repaired by dent repairers after two quotes. The vehicle was to be ‘detailed’ in the salespersons words. It arrived filthy inside and out. It’s a silver car so hard to spot in a picture, but you will from the pictures where it is noticeable, it looks like it hasn’t seen a carwash for a long time. To make matters worse, when it arrived the truck driver said the spare key was in the cup holder. The spare key was no where to be found, I asked the salesperson where the spare key is to which he said there isn’t one. Would you not expect a car from a dealer to come with two keys? The excuse is I didn’t ask if it had two keys! The salesperson explained he would get his manager to call to discuss my issues. It’s two days later, no phone call. I reminded the salesperson several times. Maybe it’s time to talk to MTAQ? Do not trust their online ads, especially as you cannot get a comprehensive RACQ / Redbook inspection in this area.
Superb customer service. We've bought a 2008 Kia Carnival Grande & we are over the moon. It's only got 110,000kms on the odometer. Pat sales manager & Anita finance gave us the utmost care & attention. It was a superb experience. Truly 5 stars.
Jack Galea went above and beyond for me during my enquires in to a new Triton, he always phoned back and was always polite and very accommodating! I couldn’t recommend anyone else if you’re looking for a new car ! Unfortunately interest rates and a new property purchase put a hault to the sale but I will be back in the near future :

Absolutely Awesome service from Linemac Motors. We have a 2017 Mitsubishi Pajero Sport. The DPF warning light came on during a trip home and then the engine warning light. Took it to a couple of places to fix but the problem persisted even after forced burns. No one could work out the problem. Al Grimshaw Dealer Principal from Linemac Motors heard about the issue and suggested to me that his staff have a look. Initially he negotiated with Mitsubishi that the vehicle had only 60K on it and we were more often than not on the highway so the DPF should be well serviced. - Not just a city passenger car. Mitsubishi agreed and new DPF fitted under warranty. Then an intercooler hose developed a miniscule crack unbeknown to all and the issues started again. We had no idea but back to Linemac Motors and within a couple of hours problem diagnoised and fixed. Now here's the real reason for AWESOME service. I live in Rockhampton, 150 klm from Biloela and didnt even buy the vehicle from Linemac. Once our car was finally fixed late Friday afternoon one of the Linemac staff delivered our vehicle back to Rocky Friday Night. And I can add that they gave us a brand new 2022 Outlander to use for the time our car was being fixed. Outstanding Service. Awesome Linemac Motors

Excellent experience with Alan and the team at Linemac Mitsubishi. I had bought a used Pajero without actually physically inspecting due to living 8+ hours drive down the coast. However, Al supplied detailed images and a video walkthrough of the vehicle. Responded to all queries of whatever nature promptly and the sale/trade process felt seamless. Linemac really go out of their way to take care of you; fully stand behind what they sell and are knowledgeable on and honest about all aspects of the vehicles they sell. I never at all felt pressured which is refreshing. Good old honest, country service. Can highly recommend, even for a city buyer, to get a great deal and a more personable, yet professional experience than your local counterparts. Above all, it was just that easy! I'll be back. Thanks again!
