Lindsay’s Pet Spa and Retreat was my very first choice after I read all the good reviews on Google, but unfortunately, she was fully booked. So, when she got an opening, I took it. And from the first meeting I understood why she got these high recommendations on google review. You can tell that she loves dogs… and dogs love her. I had my Luna there for full grooms, baths and day care and its heart-warming to see how happy Luna is, when she sees Lindsay and Zac. She is so excited to be there and it makes me feel good and not guilty at all, but happy leaving her there knowing that she has lots of fun, and is well cared for. They do a great job, and I would recommend them to all my friends and family. My Luna is now a regular at full groom as well as just a bath or day care.
I'll give them 2 stars instead of one because they were convenient but for an expensive service our toy poodle was never groomed to an outstanding standard. Nah, stuff it, I'll give them one star... Anyway, instead of actually talking to us we get this text stating that our dog is 'snappy' when blow drying her and 'misses us too much' after we drop her off so they are banning us from their service! Firstly, I know every dog owner says this but our little lovely poodle has never bitten anyone. Besides, have you heard of a muzzle?And, missing it's owners is hardly a big deal... No, I think I know what the real reason is and that's business is too good at the moment so they are culling customers. The area they keep the dogs is no bigger than a laundry it's a suburban location and every time I've picked up our dog it reminded me of a crammed glass prison cell for dogs. I suspect our little miss snappy is just an excuse and being the only small dog service in this area they can be choosy. And that's fine, but if you are running a business and think that you can have an uncompromising attitude and one way communication then you better be prepared for customer blow back like this review. If you're looking for a dog grooming service try somewhere else
First time to take our dog to Lindsay’s pet spa. We were very impressed and happy with the service and quality of the groom. We dont normally write reviews but we are so happy with the result and we will definitely bring our fur baby back. Highly recommend. This is the best groom he’s ever had.
My toy poodles always come out of here looking a million dollars. Lindsay is amazing with them. Can't recommend her and her partner highly enough, they do a fantastic job.
I will be definitely be taking my doggies here from now on. Lindsay did an amazing job with my 2 fur babies. Lindsay and her staff were welcoming, kind, understanding, flexible and patient. With reasonable prices, I highly recommend this service.
