Bought nectarines @$9.99 kg Of the 4 cut so far out of 6 for $10, 2 are so rubbish they have been thrown out. I understand end of season but if you don't have quality product just don't sell the rubbish I asked at checkout if they were good. Ensured they were. Maybe that's why you didn't have samples like the good grocers that charge the earth do. Very very disappointed
Great fresh produce and a good selection of package goods. Deli options are also plentiful and prices are very reasonable. Beware the car park which is often full on weekends - park a little further out ie, towards the highway than right up next to the entrance and you'll find getting in and out much more pleasant.
Presentation of this store has gone down hill a lot! The produce isn't rotated properly and the amount of fruit and veg i have bought that is rotting inside is ridiculous! The smell also is very overpowering with the fish market also. Use to be a great place to buy fresh, quality fruit and veg and now I don't bother. However staff is always friendly and helpful
Went back for the first time in ages. Fruit and veg is very expensive. We bought Cherry tomatoes in a packet, looked very nice until you open the pack when we got home and they were soft and useless for a salad, also tried the cooked roast veg. and got a mouth full of sand. If we didn't live 45 minutes away I would have taken it all back. On the up side the fish we bought was delicious. The moral to this is shop local, Mulibu Fresh is just up the road , it might not have the variety but makes up for that with quality.
Good produce but a shame there is now so much pre-packaged goods. So much much polystyrene. So much non-biodregadable material . It has put me off shopping there.
On the pricier side for fruit and veg - which in my experience isn't back up by great quality. Lots of gourmet and specialty items. Probably a good place to get lunch food from if you're not on a budget.
Another out of date item. me and my entire family just ate chocolate icecream that was 10 months past its expiry date. have also purchased fruit and veg here multiple times that have been rotten on the inside and salad bag mix that smelt like faeces. Also got muesli that had bugs inside it. overpriced, disgusting never shopping here again!
Deli is spectacular and fresh produce excellent. The adjoining butcher has some wicked sausages The only negative is it is expensive though I understand you pay for quality.
