Lily’s Froyo & Bubble Tea

I love the froyo here. The yogurt is so smooth and creamy .They have wide selection of toppings to choose from.Inside is clean and organised, plenty of seats outside. Price is very reasonable.

It’s such a good place for frozen yoghurt and bubble tea. Couple who owns the shop is very nice and generous. Plenty of flavours to choose from and toppings too.

Super yummy froyo especially the Taro flavour. A place must visit when in Cairns.

Very rude people. Told my 7 year old daughter to stay away when she was adding some more candies in her yogurt. Not good customer service, felt an attitude change based on race. Not recommended.

We visit here weekly for bubble tea and/or frappees. The bubble tea and frappees are not too sweet, which is good, but it is a little on the expensive side. Prices vary from $4.50-$6.50. You can also get frozen yoghurt with various toppings such as popping pearls, candies etc which you pay for in weight per 100 grams.

The couple who own and run it make some good combinations of bubble tea. They also sell frozen yoghurt with a good variety of toppings.

Enjoyed the bubble tea from here. Big range on the menu, friendly service, they were busy but still quick. Keen to go back and try the froyo

Worst bubble tea in Cairns. They don't brew tea fresh. I came back a couple times to try because my friend said they were good but i legit saw them pour lipton peach tea into one cup for someone and store bought juice in another. all the other flavours are powders. the pearls were gooey. drinks are grainy or watery. milk tea tasted like it had citrus or juice in it when it should just be a milk tea. I tried a thickshake and that was ok. Maybe the froyo is better but would not go for bubble tea again. Also they messed up our orders 3 times and got the price wrong and had to give us a refund. English is not great i don't think. Also not friendly.

My favourite frozen yoghurt in Cairns and the only store which stocks Taro flavour. The mix-ins aren’t as good as YOMG but the flavours make up for that. Also stock a large range of bubble teas which I am yet to try.
