I sent an $80 bouquet to mother in law at nursing home for 90th birthday and what i didn't know was they died the next day. She was so embarrassed I didn't find out until a month later when she confided in my son on a visit to Forster. Lily's refused to do anything about it because they were not told within one month. Very sad treatment of an old lady who deserves the best. Don't use them. You see by overall score that it's not worth the risk.

VERY DISAPPOINTED very poor communication did not receive my delivery that was orded at 0700 and still no refund do not use them 👎
