I Called up requesting my car to be tow, turns out I found the issue of the car after 20mins of booking my car to be towed, called back to say my request is no longer needed, Mollie understood and was extremely polite and understanding of my situation and canceled and refunded with no fees. Extremely professional.

Great service. Made my experience easy.
Booked these guys to take my car from my house to a garage to get looked at as it had a severe oil leak coming from somewhere. I arranged the booking the day before I wanted my car moving. I was told to expect someone in the morning 8-8:30am. It got to 9:20 and gave them the benefit of the doubt to show until 9:30 before ringing. I then ring them at 9:30 to reach the voicemail service, leave a message to call me back and I heard nothing. I don't mind that they probably got a higher paying job, I can understand that but it would of been nice to tell me so, so folks are not sat around for a tow that doesn't turn up.
Jimmy ended up being my tow truck responder when I got rear ended and my car severely damaged. He was really patient, helpful and kind which was great in a time of high stress. He checked up on me later which was above and beyond and gave a personal touch, which I appreciated. The company hooked me up with help services to get me back on track and were spot on re knowledge of the procedure. And they were really flexible about helping me get the stuff out of my car. Really thankful this towing company strives to do good.

Absolutely worst towing company! Wrote our van off and was able to take our trailer as it wasn’t damaged in the accident, paid $715 to take the trailer and was told it’ll be a further $1500 for the van. We were also told it’ll be $80 extra a day which we were going to pay due to my partner needing to go back and remove more off the van the next day.. he got there and they charged him $2000. When I called and asked about it they were rude and told me that’s just what it is! Don’t tell me 2 different payments then
Hazza is a true Aussie legend. Usually I only post negative reviews and I also realise that towing companies have received some bad press, but Hazza actually went so far above and beyond his duties. He was first on the scene after I was rear-ended by a 4wd that fled the scene after totalling the car I was in by going 70km/h+. The driver was badly injured and in a real traumatised state. Hazza pryed open the jammed door and was essentially an angel from God, calming down the driver and ensuring she didn’t move. He was the only one on scene for 20 minutes. He expertly liaised with multiple emergency services, the drivers mum and the two of us in an incredibly stressful situation - talk about cool under pressure. The world needs more Hazzas - I can’t thank him enough.
