Great service. Didn’t have the type of bulb I was after but directed me as to where to get it. Impressive. Very nice store also.
Great shopping experience. Jade was super helpful. The light I wanted wasn't in stock so she found one at a different store and organized for me to have someone pick it up rather than ship to ensure it got to me in the timeframe I needed it. Great advice given. Excellent customer service and a fantastic sale on at the moment as well.
Who ever the sales girl who worked on Sunday Jan 28th could do with some training. We walked in , she walked out from the wee office didn't say hello, no greeting or acknowledgment.we were the only people in the store.we spend maybe 10 15 minutes walking about commenting on different lights, in the end we said on our way out , yeah don't worry about us, we are just kicking tires to see if she would even respond. She looked up and just looked at us with a dumb founded blank face still silent lol... Will be looking to use a different outfit in invercargill to purchase our new builds entire light fittings from:
