I was very impressed with the staff at Sumner Park when I visited the showroom yesterday looking for an affordable, good quality ceiling fan. David and Tammy were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. They listened well before making any suggestions. Sumner park store manager was rude to her staff and pulling faces while talking to customers over the phone this was in front of us. we were just about to take our business elsewhere but foolishly decided not to, I wish now we would have 2 of the 6 fans we purchased don’t work properly. they also didn’t tell us the fans that we bought don’t come with wall plates when I went back to buy some, I was told oh yeh and we don’t sell them either would have been nice to before I purchased the fans I had to go to Bunnings to get them before the electrician could fit them. obviously there is no customer service with in this company when I contacted them for warranty for 2 faulty fans they just gave me the manufacturers phone number and this is our policy. I will never go back nor will I recommend them to anyone.
I have bought from Lighting Illusions since 2008 - fantastic customer service. Always able to assist and provide the best product. This time I needed to know what I had bought in 2019 and 2021 - was able to get this information emailed to be within 2 minutes. Going to purchase once again. Best Lighting shop ever

Used illusion lighting for my home renovations for replacing ceiling fans, exhaust fans and home lighting. Very impressed with the friendly staff who where extremely knowledgeable of their products and able to assist me with making the right decisions for my home. I will use my local store in Sumner for any further lighting needs in the future.
The two ladies who welcomed me into the store were delightful. I did not have to wait around, they came straight over to see me and although the globes I was after were out of stock, they arranged to order them in thus saving me traipsing around, I have a disability I really appreciated their willingness to assist me.
I needed a cover for a light in the fan at home and couldn't remember what fan I had. The woman at the Sumner store went above and beyond to look through records to find my order from 6 yrs ago to ensure she was selling me the right product. Best customer service!

All of the sales staff that we spoke to at Lighting Illusions Sumner were so helpful! I first went into the store before we even started building to get some tips. I was given a lot of useful information and print outs from Janine I think and she would have spent a good hour with me. I found the selection at the compact store to be suited to our taste. They were able to provide solutions to the limitations we had. The prices were very fair. The staff were great when it came to ordering delivery. They never pressured us into buying a product. Thank you to Ash, Peter and Peter's brother sorry, I've forgotten your name!. We'll be back to get garden lights soon!
