Highly recommend Lifeway Physiotherapy. To begin with the place is in a great location, easy to get to and it is very clean. The receptionists are lovely and very caring. They make bookings easy and trouble free. I have been working with Fiona and she is so nice. Fiona is easy to talk to and always makes you feel comfortable. Thank you and will highly recommend your business to people.
Lifeway is a well setup centre. Always feel welcomed by friendly receptionist, Julia who is very helpful and customer oriented. I see Fiona for my right hip and shoulder problem. She is friendly & jovial puts you at ease. Best of all, her professional treatment has improved my condition. Thank you. I would readily recommend Fiona / Lifeway to my friends.
I cannot recommend Lifeway Physiotherapy enough. I see Fiona for lower back pain from working from home and she has improved my quality of life. The space is clean and Fiona is personable, professional and insightful in the carrying out of her treatment. I especially appreciate her diligent commitment to client centred care and the ability to explain your needs in a exceptional way.
I have been a long term patient of Lifeway Physiotherapy and have been looked after by Fiona Chan for many years prior to her establishing this practice. As a customer, it is important that I feel that my issues are being addressed in a professional and caring manner and Fiona and her team have been exceptional in providing me with the best service possible. There have been many situations where they have been able to accommodate me when I am most in need, and this is most appreciated. It’s one of the best physiotherapy centre I have been to. Fiona is extremely caring and professional yet very friendly physiotherapist. I went to her with a very sore knee and worrying heart as I was going overseas in a few weeks time. She managed to mend my knee in a very short time frame and also showed me great exercise to strengthen my knee. Also shared great tips and advice on how to manage any pain and soreness during my trip away from home. Thank you so much to all the very helpful and professional staff and a special cheers to Fiona.
I recently had another back injury. For my Previous injury, I have seen different physiotherapists. This time I found Lifeway because it is close to my house. I am really glad that I did. Fiona and Ying at Lifeway treated my back injury to its full recovery. I am beyond appreciative of their expertise and knowledge. Love the dry needle treatment from Fiona. Also, the reception staff are super friendly. Highly recommend beyond 5 stars.
It’s a modern site with professional and caring staff. The staff are well versed in their field and are very focused on appropriate treatment and exercises and also the well-being of their clients in general. They always follow up on the previous appointments and treat accordingly. The staff are always friendly and respectful. I would highly recommend others seeking treatment to attend Lifeway Physiotherapy for all the above reasons.
Fiona is amazing. She provided the best treatment for my frozen shoulder. Great explanation of treatment and help with pinpointing problem areas as well as exercises to overcome issues. Staff is wonderful too, highly recommend!
Fiona is definitely one of the most responsible, professional and effective physio therapist I have encountered over the years. I’m so grateful to find this clinic since we moved to Wantirna South. It’s such a relief to visit her each time. Highly recommended!
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Easy to make appointment online. Fiona is great, always able to resolve my muscle/joint issues and restore my body to functional state. They also offers package Pilates classes that are great to maintain and strengthen core muscle.
