Went into the showroom today with plans for a new build, I was met with a elderly lady who informed me that showroom visits were by appointment only “it says so on he door” I offered my plans for pricing of doors and windows, I was told No to email them to the sales team, First impression of your company is not the best, will take my business else where,
Excellent customer service. They were professional and friendly and met all of our demands on-time. Quality, Australian made windows and doors. So happy with the final product. The windows look great and the doors slide like a breeze! Love supporting small, local businesses. Definitely recommend and will be using them again in the future!
Firstly, I would like to say that it has taken a little time for me to write this review, as I don’t like to negatively impact on local business. After much deliberation however, I’m writing this to save someone else from having the same experience as we had. We wanted to support local business so contacted Lifestyle Windows to quote for our home renovation. Initially, they were accommodating in opening their showroom to show us the various products, which we appreciated. However, after almost 2 weeks waiting for a quote, we emailed the Director asking if the quote was ready. The response from the Director of the company was unapologetic, merely stating that it wasn’t quite 2 weeks since we sent our plans through and that they usually take 2-3 weeks . adding that we should have told them if we wanted the quote in less than two and a half weeks! At this point we felt the attitude wasn’t what you’d expect from a business owner, but we patiently waited for the quote. After waiting a further 2 weeks we sent another email asking if they wanted to quote on the job or not, as by this time, we had been waiting for 4 weeks with absolutely no communication from Lifestyle Windows. Again, no apology from the owner, just a curt reply that we would have the quote that afternoon. After the quote was received, we had already decided that this company didn’t deserve our business. An employee from the business asked for feedback re the quote. When we replied saying that we were going with an alternative company due to the owners treatment of us, a follow up email was received from her , again not apologising but basically attacking us for not being happy with the service. This email consolidated that we had made the right decision in not choosing Lifestyle Windows! The way that we were treated by an owner of this company, before they even were given the job, rang alarm bells. If they were like this before receiving our money what would their after sales service be like? So we went with another local company who deserved our business. They were prompt in their quoting and polite in communicating with us. They are also a local company but one which deserves the business. We are SO happy that we DIDN'T choose Lifestyle Windows!
High quality products coupled with excellent service from Lifestyle Windows. Experience with them was a breeze and end product looks fantastic. Will use again!
Terrible experience using Lifestyle Windows, 90% of the windows installed were wrong. The quality of work was awful, the doors opened the wrong way, the customer service was really bad, the windows were the wrong size so they hacked down the subframe with a grinder , we had huge gaps everywhere, the owners lack of knowledge was very concerning. Very Slow, stressful and unpleasant experience - AVOID USING THEM!!
