I was recommended to use LifeStyle Architectural Services about 4 years ago when planning to build a very special ECC. Their brief was to design a high quality centre with plenty of space. This being my 1st Centre, I relied heavily on help and advice from experts, LAS fitted this perfectly. To test what one does, if at the end you ask yourself - has the finished product ended not up to my expectation - about my expectation - OR much better than my expectation. LAS was much better than my expectation. Our Centre is named “Your Place” at Wainui Rd Silverdale has been open 2 years now, I look with total proudness of the finished Centre, and the terrific tenants that have the lease. I am a structural engineer and have worked with Lifestyle Architectural Services for over a decade.  I have always found them easy to work with, and their work to be of top quality.  Specifically from a structural perspective, they were always willing to look at alternatives to make designs practical and efficient without much compromise on design aesthetics.

Great job by LAS on your last project - a 6 unit dwelling in Pukekohe. Professional outfit, attention to detail and also provided guidance as required on site. Dayle and team do a great job. We are doing our next project with them as well.

Lifestyle Architects have a great balance between architecural flair for design and practicality. I'd highly recommend them as they listen, problem solve and create great designs that are both inovative and cost effective. Would I user them again? Absolutely!

Steve Loza basically waisted a year of lives not listening or delivering. He was asked to "tweak" our design we provided. We agreed and waited months for a completely wrong design due to no consultation or listening and void communication with Sentinel home. Nothing happens without chasing and chasing. He never returns answers to questions.  Finally we get a design closer to the breif but without any checking in with us or communication of any sort. Questions are not allowed!! You want a "have what you're told" house, fine. Anything else these are not the guy to go to.  After a year he finally agrees a meeting and agreed he can do what easked for 12 months earlier. But guess what...our funds have run out and he wants paying again.  Seriously, find someone competent that cares and listens. I challenged him to respond before posting this... nothing but crickets.

We have dealt with LAS on a variety of resource consent applications for residential and day care developments.  They have always demonstrated a thorough understanding of the clients needs and backed this up with quality design.
