I've only ever dropped off donations here but only donate here now as I am helped with carrying bags to the store and always get a warm welcome and a sincere 'thank you'. Unlike the donation staff out the back at the Salvos who don't seem to have ever cleaned the area, often ignore one's presence (despite having pulled up in a car) and, in 3 years of donating goods, have only ever said 'thank you' to me about twice.
