Nice service but not very good items

Staff and volunteers are always friendly and helpful. The staff organised my entire wedding party's outfits.They were amazing and made our day perfect.

just rang them to drop of a lot of baby stuff clothes and sheets blankets all very good quality but they wouldnt accept it because it wasnt in bags. very unhelpful

Small but offers good selection of dresses and books

Witnessed a staff member being quite rude towards a migrant who didn't speak very good English. Gave wrong changes yet raising her voice and being very dramatic the whole time, then blaming the customer confusing her. Probably a combination of lack of training and racism. Very disappointed.
