This is a great cooking school - I did the BBQ seafood course and loved it. I’ve been BBQ cooking for many years however I still got a great deal out of the day. The fresh produce was great and I really liked the recipes we came away with. Big thanks to Gail and Paul.
If you love food and cooking this is an absolute must do. Gail is warm, friendly and down to earth teacher who shows you that cooking up flavour filled dishes isn't as difficult as you may think. We did the Morrocan class and wow what a feast filled with amazing flavours. Thanks Life's a feast
Another one-for-the-books experience! So glad to attend Gail’s exciting and interactive pasta-making class! Home cooking with the gang brought back nostalgic memories when the family would catch up, work together and enjoy lunch. The recipes are easy that even a cook-to-survive gal like me could follow. I recently took part in the Life's A Feast "Indonesian Banquet" cooking course and can highly recommend it. Gail proved to be a welcoming host and very capable teacher. The dishes we learnt to cook were authentic, delicious and taught in a way that suited a hobby cook such as myself as well as those that were more advanced.
Thank you so much Gail for an amazing day at your house making an Indonesian Banquet. You are a totally delightful and well educated cullinary hostess. The food was totally amazing and we had a great time in a relaxed and open kitchen where questions flew and the company was most stimulating. We'll be back for another course next time we're in town. My wife and I recently took the Indonesian feast class; it was absolutely lovely. Small, intimate classes meant we got to immerse ourselves in the experience, learnt some great skills and got to eat all of it along with a nice wine and met a bunch of interesting people in the process. If you are looking for something a bit different when you’re up in Noosa, do it! P.S the raspberry and white chocolate muffins on arrival were insane!! Thanks Gail
What an amazing class. Everything supplied & explained as we went through the pasta making course. All of us chipped in making the 3 sauces & dessert & got to make 3 types of pasta. To top it off we got to eat it all. Would highly recommend to anyone & look forward to another class soon.
Great day in the kitchen with work mates and their partners. Gail is very informative and makes it very easy to follow her classes. Highly recommend the classes.
Did the American barbecue course and absolutely loved it. Made ribs, corn, chicken, salmon and more. Great receptors and excellent rundown of different bbq equipment. Highly recommended.
