I recently took part in the Life's A Feast "Indonesian Banquet" cooking course and can highly recommend it. Gail proved to be a welcoming host and very capable teacher. The dishes we learnt to cook were authentic, delicious and taught in a way that suited a hobby cook such as myself as well as those that were more advanced.
