Very bad service. I was looking for a product on special. The staff told me the special already finished while their flyer clearly prints the special just started 2 days ago and will last for another 4 weeks!! I got it without any problem in papakura store one day later. dumb staff, stupid service. avoid this store !!

Absolutely disappointed! I had spoken to a lady on the phone regarding a product ( Clinique Lipset ), and she had suggested me if I would like to put it aside and pick it up later during the day as there was only one left, which I had agreed on. She then proceeded to take my name and phone number, and I had also confirmed with her that this is the manukau mall store. Later on that day when I went to the life pharmacy store to pick it up on the counter, they told me that there is none left (sold out) and that no one had spoken to me. After a little investigation, they figured out that someone did speak to me, but they had already told me that it was sold out. And this was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my mum, so when I was told it had been sold out, I had to frantically run around the whole mall finding a gift for my mum just before Christmas. Safe to say I couldn’t give my mum the Christmas gift that I wanted and she would’ve loved!

The pharmacist lady was so lovely to serve me after the 2 young ladies at the counter were so focused on rearranging stock instead of serving people. Also the ladies at the front of the store had exceptional customer service.

Nobody served me but as soon as I opened my purse then they approached, no greeting as entered nothing inviting very appalling

Always liked this pharmacy until today when I was refused to be given laxatives. It's not their place to speak as long as they're getting paid they should just sell their products. Never going back to life pharmacy again. So disappointing.
