Today I bought a Iron supplement from this pharmacy and its not first time  but after ten mins I visited another store where same supplement was $ 10 cheaper. $10 is lot if you are jobless. I have read the invoice properly about the return and nothing was mentioned on that. I went back to pharmacy and wanted to return  so I can save $ 10.   At the first counter from where I purchased I asked to return she sent me to the another counter and at the second counter when I asked for return the supplement which I   purchased few mins before she told me to wait for her as she was doing cash up. Meanwhile a guy came  and told me that I cannot return it. when I told him that the lady is coming to do that he replied that he will talk to her as he is the store manager. Even though he was offering me credit and  also defending the price for the product but he was so rude. Its not the first time I went to any store for return. I was feeling like I am not at renowned pharmacy where should expect for good service instead at his personal shop where he does not care if customer will come back or not. I am regular customer of life Pharmacy and always admired there service but I am really disappointed this time . First,the policy is not cleared anywhere. Second, none of the ladies were saying that its not possible . Third, he could make me understand in better way. I am sure he made his boss happy for Today's good sale.
