I'm a Kiwi and returned to my home country of New Zealand recently and was dismayed and saddened at how the level of service in NZ had dropped so badly in so many areas. I then came across the company "Life Maid Easy". The care and service from the start with this Company was refreshing, and is how NZ service should be. The client service team dealing with the booking before the cleaning job was done were accommodating, efficient, and friendly, and the cleaners themselves were efficient and you could really see that they wanted to do a good job for the client. My trust in NZ service has been restored with this company. Other Kiwi companies should learn from them and go on to improve their own level of service and customer liaison

Awesome company, very friendly staff! Did a great job on keeping my home clean and tidy, saving me time to do things I enjoy. I highly recommend life maid easy to anyone looking for high quality service. Been using Life Maid Easy for over a year now and do not hesitate one bit when referring them to friends and family

The team at Life Maid Easy are fantastic! After being let down by several local cleaners, coming home to an immaculate house was a huge relief! Especially as we have a very hairy dog!! Very easy to organise and efficient replies to enquiries, great price and a truly excellent result. Would highly recommend!

First time writing a google review. Worst cleaning company ever!!! This company is a total rip off claiming they worked more hours then they actually did. The cleaners broke my clock and I still had to clean after them. Their invoice system is bad and outdated. The cleaning result was really disappointing. There were still fingerprints on my bedroom mirror, dust behind the computer screen and under the TV soundbar. For the amount of money, I could get an ACTUAL professional cleaning company that would even wipe the windows inside and out. Plus they broke my wall hanging clock, I didn't even realize until the cleaners left. So I called in a day before and they gave me a quote for 3 hours cleaning time with 2 cleaners. If they were to take less time then I will be charged less. I scheduled for the cleaners to come in at 2pm. I got home at 2:05 then they started cleaning at 2:15 and left at 4:45. I left the house at 2:15 when I saw them starting the clean, and came home at 4:30. They wanted to charge me 3hours cleaning time, but only took them 2.5hours. First time I asked, the operations manager claimed that they cleaned for 3 hours from 2:15-5:15. I said they left at 4:45, then they changed the story and said they started cleaning at 1:45. But I wasn't even home that time, so I explain when they started the clean and when they have left. Basically telling them their story is falling apart and either the cleaner is lying or the operation manager is lying. In the end, the manager I was dealing with told me I was to pay them for 2hrs 45mins from 2pm anyways since that was the time that was scheduled to start. So I have to pay them for doing nothing, she said yes. What a good service you provide. This is my second time using this cleaning company. First time was at my old house and it was a good clean. At least everything was clean and the cleaners didn't break anything. Lesson learnt, you will have to be home and keep an eye on them. But I will never recommend this company to anyone.
