Life interiors is a great store , with many brands to choose from, love that they have stylists in store and can help you put a room together. We have bought a few peices for our home over the years from life interiors and have always found the furniture to be great quality. Recently attended the warehouse sale where we got some dining chairs. The staff were incredibly helpful especially Jane.
Great furniture that suits our house, look and style in the Northern Beaches of Sydney. Had one item that was delayed in shipment and we had to cancel the order. They understood and processed the refund quickly and without a hassle. Great service.
Really impressed with so many of the products seen on this website, we wish we had more rooms! We have purchased some 'Scandi' styled dining furniture - a table, chairs and bench - and the service has been wonderful. The sales & interior design coordinator emailed me images of our desired chair, placed with the dining table - already ordered - which were both on the showroom floor. We live in another state without a Life Interiors shopfront & this was most helpful as we wanted to ensure the timbers would work cohesively. If delivery goes as smoothly as the purchase of our new furniture, we'll be very happy customers. Thank you, Life Interiors!
Purchased a Dane Storage Queen Bed from Life Interiors. The shipping date was delayed but Life Interiors kept me up to date on the ETA and also very quickly updated my details to the courier while it was en route. The customer service from the team was fantastic and I would use them again. Also, very happy with the bed!
What an appalling experience with this company. Their products may be good, but as far as customer service and timed delivery goes they are disgraceful! I bought a bed frame off their website- which stated I tick and 2-3 day delivery. I purchased it on October 13. It didn’t set delivered till 1st November. After many email to customer service to contact me and discuss never once did they attempt to call me and deal with the issue. Only after I phoned was there a follow up. I explained I bought the bed because of its availability.. I explained I needed it by the 28th October for guests. They told be it was sorted and would be there on the 29th. I moved all my work around to fit that in and make it work. Stayed home all day- and nobody showed up. My guests slept on the floor all weekend. I send another email stating my extreme disappointment in their lack of customer care and that if I didn’t get it on the Monday the 31st I wanted a full refund. Nobody ran me to apologies or help. The courier company finally rang back and we agreed to get it delivered on the Tuesday. Which they did. The day after all guests had left. Life interiors products are beautiful but their customer service and follow up after taking your money is non existent! I will never shop there again.
Incompetent, unreliable. Showrooms look fancy, but that's where it ends. I paid 100% upfront to be delayed for months at a time and eventually gave up after waiting 112 days for a product that they swore was 'Made in Melbourne' and I later found out made in Indonesia. They will not call you and take days to respond. I ordered the same day from Coco Republic and got my goods on time with excellent communication. Coco Republic was actually cheaper too.
Congratulations life interiors ! We purchased stools from your showroom in Melbourne on Saturday afternoon and we had them at our door on Thursday morning from Sydney in the Christmas week. Not Bad !!. Craig was so helpful in Melbourne and we were kept informed via email and text of delivery progress every day.Extremely professional We are very happy. L, Horan
Buyer beware. When Website says in stock delivers in 2-3 days it really means 7 to 10 days. Customer service just says read "terms and conditions". They take no responsibility for the false and misleading statements made on their site at time of purchase.
Don’t buy here,..Appalling experience. Purchased 4 capa stools which after sitting on one for 5 mins left dents in my beautiful timber floors because the bottoms of the legs are pointy which I did not notice online. But also cost $400 & then 4 weeks to deliver by Designer transport….after already leaving the warehouse….3 days off work.. waiting for scheduled deliveries which were canceled twice at the last minute. 3 phone calls over nearly 2 weeks requesting the stools be returned but of course they sent the emails to the wrong email address twice…You have to send photos of the stools back to management before they even consider a return. & No u are not allowed to return anything to the shop but you must pay exorbitant delivery fees back to the warehouse…but only if they approve your return.
