The view was spectacular so the atmosphere was awesome. We saw dolphins in the distance while we ate & that was incredible. Parking was right in front so it’s a short walk to the restaurant & in the other direction, the gorgeous white sand beach. We ordered 3 pizzas, wine, chips, & house salad. We loved everything & they had gluten-free options for the pizza bases. I’ll be back next time I’m swinging through. Much appreciated!
Oh what a beautiful view to dine to! Their wood fired pizzas are amazing! Must order. Meat lover pizza was flavourful and pizza dough perfect in texture. So perfect for sharing too! Their oysters are so fresh, as they are from Lease 65, just down the road! Attentive staff.
Came for dinner in our one night in Binalong Bay and had a wonderful dinner. Most of us ordered a pizza, one had the salmon salad and we shared a bottle of wine. All the pizzas were delicious but the views of the bay were stunning. Highly recommend Meresta Eatery. The staff was friendly and everything was fresh.
Amazing views, the best views and atmosphere Wow. Nice coffee and friendly service. I did not like my breakfast burger at all but I will go again and try something different as it may have just not been my thing... sweet brioche bun, loads of bacon and American cheese I couldn't eat it /paid for it, but couldn't do it.
We had the prawn $26 and BBQ chicken $24 and they were some of the best woodfire pizza I've ever had. The prawn has chilli flakes so is a little spicy. Generous toppings on both, and a deliciously chewy and flavourful crust. The ambience is very nice for dining in too, including some bar seating out front that looks out over the ocean, but a shame the weather was drizzly and cold that evening so we got takeaway. But the pizzas stayed piping hot and were no less delicious.
Had breakfast at this cute little restaurant in Binalong Bay. Right on the water. Was an awesome place for a great latte while soaking in the views. Quite an interesting breakfast menu. We shared a Sicilian Omelette with a side of bacon it was more than enough for the two of us. Very impressed. Returning for lunch tomorrow after my Bay of Fires eco cruise. Update: the oysters at lunch were amazing
We came for coffee this morning and later for dinner. The coffee was really good, amazing view and close to the beach, friendly staff. For dinner the pizza was really good, the schnitzel was bad dry the steak was rare and medium was asked, nevertheless the desserts were pretty good. As a restaurant we would rate it 3/5 and as a coffee shop 5/5 overall it was a good experience and would recommend it for lunch, coffee and pizza.
Visit Tasmania's version of Byron Bay before everyone found it. View from this restaurant is superb. Chicken burger is a must, one of the best I have had. My son enjoyed his pizza.
Customer service is not a focal point of this resturant, waited an hour an half to receive mains whilst three other tables who came after us received their meals with no communication on what was going on. When our meals finally did come out it was overcooked steak despite requesting medium rare and undercooked pasta mussel fettuccine with a very bland and dreary liquid broth which was looked and tasted awful. Apart from a good view this the only good thing I can say about this resturant unfortunately.
Do not get any kind of pasta. Went here for dinner last night. My husband had the crab linguine which was a pile of microwaved sludge doused in oil. I had the prawn and mussel gnocchi, store bought gnocchi with a very oily sauce. Two pastas, one glass of one and one beer set us back nearly $100. The pizzas looked good and the setting / view is amazing.
