A few weeks ago I went for the first time to library night club, and I didn’t like it at all, the floor is really dangerous, I slipped over that many times and could not keep my feet still on the dance floor while talking to my mates, I woke up with bruises all over my body including my chin, as I fell face first. There were people wiping down the floor a couple times but they need to do something about the grip because I wasn’t the only one stacking it every move we made
Bought a 50$ ticket for Freddie Gibbs . Was thrown out of the line for having a basketball top told I can't come in the club. Came back in a dress shirt and entered the club sober. Was drinking water and security came over and asked me to leave. Told me I was drunk and needed to have waters. I already have been drinking only water. Was thrown out again management didn't care about the expensive ticket . I will never come back to this club because the security were itching for some action bad vibes
The young Australian night club guard, told me to stay out of the nightclub for 30min when I went out to get some air. I was quiet and I wasn't drunk, the only reason of that is : "Because I told you to do that if you want to go again here". Huge abuse of power it's a really funny way to treat customers. Really unrespectful..
This place is pumping on Friday and Saturday nights! The best R&B, reggae and HipHop in Perth! The Library knows how to put on a show! With Vip booth packages on both floors, dancers and entertainment all night long! The security are very professional and non turbo. The bar staff are very friendly and the drinks are well priced. This is why I keep going back! Check it out for yourself!
The security guard at this place - Loki is fantastic at his job and super professional more should be like him
I don’t drink alcohol and got accused of being drunk before then being let in, makes sense!? Music was ok. Whole aesthetic of the club was old cheap looking, needs new decor. There was a guy bartender who was disgustingly rude because “he’s had a long night” well firstly don’t get into the service industry if you can’t handle it and secondly why was it my fault? Manager didn’t seem interested when I tried to make a complaint, was fairly rude. Lucky their in the right location otherwise no one would bother visiting. Definitely shouldn’t be on your list of clubs to go to.
After 4 hours of solid dancing, it would be nice to be able to sit down and relax without being kicked out. I was kicked out just because I was resting my back. Why can't we just have a little timeout from standing up and/or dancing? Seems kind of dangerous to force people to dance, or leave - especially for the rave style nights where people will need to rest to cool down. Safety hazard. Let the people rest without kicking them out !! : Good speakers though, that's for sure.
Was served tonic water and coke when asked for rum and coke. Refused to remake when asked when the drink was full. Won't be back here again after spending $40 on an entry fee.
One star rating is way too generous
I booked a birthday event at Library and booked The Ballroom with over 100 guests and a bar tab. I was really disappointed with how extremely disorganized it all was. I was told guests would be let in at 9pm so that was the time on my invites, but the club refused to open the doors until 9:30. Staff were completely uninformed about the arrangements including the bar tab. The bar tenders were extremely rude and unfriendly and ending up throwing out our personal belonging by 'mistake'. However the DJ was very lovely and made the night memorable. Can't say I was pleased, I wouldn't recommend this place if you want your event to run smoothly.
