My stay here was an exceptional experience. The service was impeccable from check-in to check-out, with staff always ready to assist with a warm and welcoming attitude. The room was beautifully appointed, clean, and comfortable. The on-site dining options were top-notch, and the hotel’s location provided easy access to local attractions. Overall, it exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and pleasant stay.
The good: very nice modern apartment with great view. Incredible value for what sort of accomadation you are receiving.nThe bad: service at the front reception is as bad as I have ever experienced absolutely terrible. Shower head is terrible definitely not a enjoyable shower experience. Exhaust fan which runs through the ceiling in the apartment is so loud you can't sleep at night.
Service and rooms were very poor. Location was great because it's close to the city. But I would rather stay somewhere by paying slightly more. There was also no Internet during the whole time that we were there. The first room that we were given smelled like cat piss and sheets have stains on them so they gave us the second room. The second room's fire alarm was taken out. we only noticed that because one of the nights there was fire alarm in the building and 2 firetrucks turned up so the whole building had to evacuate. This is really risky and I believe it's illegal not to have fire alarm. The staffs were also all over the place and not very helpful. The quilt cover was not even a proper quilt cover. It was just a quilt between 2 flat sheets so the sheets keep coming out. The car park also flooded on one of the days because the pipe on the ceiling was leaking overnight. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place at all and there are a lot to improve.

Our check-in at Liberty One was an absolute nightmare. We arrived around 6:10 PM on a Tuesday and found the sliding door locked. We had to wait 15 minutes just to be noticed, with no proper place to leave the car while checking in. The receptionist insisted on a physical card for the bond, but we only had a digital corporate card.nnAdding to the chaos, I had to leave the car in a no-parking zone to sort things out. We waited another 25 minutes while the receptionist struggled with other customers' issues. She eventually mentioned we could use a pay link for the bond, which could have saved us a lot of trouble if suggested earlier. By the time she confirmed the payment and processed our parking charge, it was nearly 7 PM.nnTo top it off, guests are required to take their rubbish to the bin chutes, which reeked when opened, and they threatened to withhold the bond if rubbish was left in the room. The car park felt unsafe with sketchy characters around, and there was no reception or Wi-Fi.nnAfter over an hour, we were finally checked in. I’ve never had to wait that long at any hotel, especially one demanding a $200 bond per room. Avoid Liberty One if you value your time and sanity. The bond takes over a month to be reimbursed, likely sitting in their offset account.nnOn a positive note, the room itself is new and view is decent, location is ok.
