As I am a full time train buff, I love coming to Lewisham train station. Never have I ever had any issue with the train staff or other, commuter’s/passenger’s-Enjoyable time each visit. So 5/5
Perfectly good station when the weather is good, but floods at the hint of rain. This picture is of the station this morning.

I travel from this station every day. The toilets are closed 90% of the time. Once I went in the bathroom when it was open and there was a rat sleeping in the toilet. Occasionally someone gets stabbed outside as well.

Whilst the staff are very friendly and attentive to passenger needs, the station facilities are well and truly below average. The ceiling continues to leak, and the station continues to flood despite a new pump system and $2m station refresh. That’s not to mention the complete lack of accessibility options for those less mobile.
