Went in on Monday and asked if they were able to dry clean a garment to pick up Wednesday morning. I was told they absolutely could and I could pick it up Tuesday afternoon. I left the garment there. Tuesday morning I received a call saying that it would not be done as they don't do dry cleaning on a Tuesday. I said I would pick it up, to them be told I had to pick it up from their factory in Morwell. I said no and then was told that I should have organised it earlier. Excuse me? How rude to assume that I was able to. If I was told on Monday that it couldn't be done, then I wouldn't have worried about it. Moving forward, I say I will pick it up Wednesday morning. I arrive to the shop in Traralgon this morning at around 8:30am to collect the garment to be told that it was already collected earlier this morning. Long story short, the garment was on its way to Warragul as it was given to the wrong person. I had to organise to get the garment back myself and pick it up off the other woman who it was mistakenly given to. I will never use this shop again, they are rude, do not take responsibility for any of their mistakes but rather put it back on the customer.
Country Care were amazing! They have dry cleaned my wedding dress professionally & my husband's suit. I would go back to these guys again & will referrer to all of my family & friends :
Absolutely rude, stuck her nose up at me and made me feel like I was some sort of germ and my clean clothes where diseased or something.
Very pleasant staff and excellent alteration work as is often requested
