When my friend and I arrived, we asked for normal polish as neither of us wanted shellac. We were handed a basket to choose a colour. Whilst we were having our treatment done, I asked the lady how much it was. She said $55 for shellac. I said no we wanted normal polish, and we were told $40 each. When I went to pay cash o ly the manager said $110 for the two of us. I said, I thought it was $40ea. She said, no as we'd been given shellac. We remained polite and wanted to simply pay for what we'd asked for. The manager refused to refund us the difference. Instead she had us sit back down whilst the staff removed the polish, and repainted us with standard polish. Wasting even more of her resources and her staffs time. The staff were lovely, but the manager is a rude unreasonable person. Very disappointingService:&nbsp;Pedicure

Very messy, uneven shellack application with jaggered edges. When I voiced my dissatisfaction I was told that there's nothing wrong with it. Paid what they asked but I'll never go back again. The owner is very rude & doesn't know how to handle disputes. Admitting that sometimes the customer is right goes a long  way.Service:&nbsp;Pedicure

I have SNS done and was really bad and rush job.. they leave my nails really chunky looks horrible and they felt in two weeks, went back to remove them and they I’ven care removing the products from my hands… $15 for leaving my hands like this, just ridiculous! Never coming back and will not recommend.

Awful experience everytime. Always rushed & never treated with care. Due to them Always rushing, nails are never done to expectations based on so called experience that they have.

Rough took to long to do mine and mums nails 4 in a half hourscut my fingers multiple times.

I used to get my SNS nails done at Fountain Gate but when the covid lockdowns happened and the hard border between greater Melbourne and regional Victoria sprang up, I had to find a nail salon closer to home. I would definitely say that this necessity was the only good thing to come out of covid. I love Lesa Nails and am now a rusted-on client. Everyone at Lesa Nails is highly skilled and very professional. They're also really lovely people who make you feel valued. The salon is always clean and there's a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Teresa is my go-to nail technician although I've also had my nails done by Sa who is likewise excellent and I'm always super happy with the shape, length, colour and finish of my nails. I'll never go back to Fountain Gate.Services:&nbsp;Dip powder
