Called Les Richmond looking for a CV. Called many places around melbourne. They quoted a good price on phone but when I got there they bumped it up to be more than all their competitors. Buy parts direct from UK, Much cheaper.

I'm always looking for the best part at the best price. I have a 98 disco 3.9 and a 71P6B. I often ring the guys for advice and that hard to find bit Helpful, always willing to share their vast knowledge and if the part is a little bit dearer it easily repays itself when the next question is asked by me the pain in the arse customer. Good work boys I like your style!!!

I have bought parts and had work completed at this business several times. The workmanship of repairs completed has been really good but the happy words end there. Parts are very expensive and can be hit and miss- for example i purchased a pair of rear suspension springs that were identical except that one was 15mm taller than the other and once fitted leaned the car on an angle. Emails were met with indifference so i ended up using a spacer to fix the issue. Last time I visited to pick up my car after repairs the gentleman that served me was aggressively picking an argument with me by calling the parts on my car "rubbish" and basically attempting to belittle me and my car. My reaction to this was to disengage- i couldn't care less for his opinion i just wanted to pick up my car. If you have to go here then do it- otherwise shop elsewhere.
