Average quality but wholesome vegetarian food. I really like what they do and stand for, so extra points for that. It's volunteer run, with most of the staff from refugee backgrounds, or others struggling in society. The environment is earthy and laid back. On the weekend there's usually a band playing.
The volunteers are really friendly, so take time to talk to the staff. They are people from disadvantaged backgrounds with engaging life stories. At worse, you'll pass time with a friendly conversation. At best, you'll see another human perspective, and may even learn something.

Great food and friendly staff. You will be treated so well and you will pay as much as you want. There is no fixed price of the menu item. Love their food and service. Thanks to the management team.

A great concept and venture out in Abbotsford, where you pay however much you want and it goes towards people in need. Food is all vegan, which is usually not super appealing to me, but the dosa I had was pretty delicious! Will definitely come back. It wasn't busy at all during a weekday morning which was nice, I can imagine this place gets quite packed at dinner or on weekends!

We lunch here every now and then and I've never not liked what's on offer for the day. Normally there's a curry, salad and rice dishes available...plus a little sticky date for after. Lovely to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air and Abbotsford Convent Gardens. The price you pay is up to you but I'd like to think most people play fair. Keep up the great work Lentils'...

Awesome place. Great vibe and great food. Buffet lunch on the weekend will definitely keep you satisfied. Interesting folks around here too, many travelers from abroad.
