I’m a regular… always coming for my Thai Green Curry which taste exactly like my aunties who is Thai. I also love the Wonton Soup, Beef Black Been, Mongolian Beef, garlic king prawns…. I mean where do I stop. They’re always super friendly and polite. I’ve never had a bad meal in the 5+ years I’ve lived here and been buying. They pack them with so much meat and veggies it’s worth every penny. Can’t wait for them to reopen… missing them… had to resort to other less satisfactory and more expensive options… really makes me appreciate how well priced and good tasting this place is.
Price is good and staff are friendly. However the quality of the food is poor. It does not taste as good as the food from other Chinese restaurants. With our take-away honey prawns, the batter was too thick. The dish became soggy very quickly. The tom yum soup was not as tasty as expected. The ho fun was ok at best. Sorry for the harsh review, however i am simply comparing the quality to surrounding restaurants which I have tried and this one was the worst. I will come back when quality improves.
The corn chicken soup was too salty. Beef fried rice is ok and mee goreng was ok. The quantity is quite a lot but the food was boring and nothing exciting to rave about. Pricing is ok. If you are looking for food to fill your stomach, this place will do the job. But if you are looking for quality Asian food, this is not your go-to place.
Disappointing. The containers weren't even full for the price you pay. Green curry was barely hot and not much meat. Rice was not cooked properly. Will not be back.
Sadly this place used to be a favourite. I ordered a beef chow mein and all I got was a sloppy dish with a container filled with veggies and small quantities of meat. Cantonese Chow mein is more authentic and flavoursome. I wonder if you are cooking this dish the Chinese way? however It doesn't taste nor smell/look authentic. I did not enjoy this meal at all and won't be back. My stomach felt really "strange" afterwards. Please improve your style of cooking and quality
Great for Take Away but have got a few tables if you want to Dine in. Ordered the Satay Chicken which was really good. They also have a $12 lunch special with a soft drink which is pretty good value if you have a family. Really friendly service and had quite a few coming in for orders while we were there.
Usually the food here is really good, last night however the portions were smaller than usual normally they fill the containers completely and the wantons we ordered were not warm at all. Hopefully next time is better!
Used to love my soup from there. Not sure if it changed ownership and went to S...t. Went yesterday, 15 km drive for me to get laksa. Charged $2 more than usual, asked double bean sprouts, got close to zero, requested no tofu - was full of tofu and consistency of soup was closer to pudding. Tasteless too, like eating coconut cream with a bit of curry. That's never again for me. Been loyal customer for 6 years.
Quality of the food is so peng, honestly, one of the nicest pad thai i've every had. Staff are extremely nice and welcoming. Lovely. I recommend to anyone looking for an asian cuisine restaurant. So peng.
They team here always do their best to make it a great meal. Good pricing and very ample serves.
