Initially I went to see a volume builder but finding out that I couldn’t even make small modifications to the house I knew I needed a custom builder and that why I decided to use Leneeva Homes. Their Hamptons designed houses are beautifully styled and timeless. I have been very happy with the quality of the build and any small issues have been fixed immediately. During the build they have been very responsive and kept me up to date with the progress of the build which was reassuring especially during a difficult time like covid. I’m grateful that I chose Leneeva Homes a well-run family business and now have one of the best houses in the street. Quite often people passing by the house would stop and take notice. I would highly recommend Leneeva Homes.
A very big thank you to Jason, Joe, Todd, Jenny and the entire team at Leneeva Homes. We had such a fantastic experience from the very first phone call to handover and beyond. We built two custom design townhouses in an established area with neighbours adjoining on 3 sides and 2 very large trees that council forced us to keep. This would normally be a recipe for problems, but everything went smoothly, the issues that arose due to our site were fixed and sorted out with no fuss whatsoever. From the very start Jason and Joe the builders and Owners were so helpful, their expertise, advise and professionalism were simply outstanding. I have only phase as nothing was ever to difficult. Todd was appointed our supervisor and he never missed a beat! The communication he gave us was exceptional, we were in the know at all times. The building site was so clean that all the neighbours and even the local real estate were impressed. Our townhouses have turned out magnificent. We cannot be happier with our experience. I would highly recommend Leneeva Homes and will certainly be building with them again.
