I went to see Len for relaxation and help to relieve my sore lower back and neck. I let him know this.  I'd seen the price for relaxation or remedial massage was $77 on the website. He was very nice giving me lots of nutritional advice but he barely touched my back. The hour was interrupted by people coming in the door and Len attending to their enquiries. He only worked on my legs and it was very hard pressure with no effleurage strokes....only pressing down. It was too hard but he didn't ask about my preferred pressure. I was a bit disappointed that the massage was over so soon with not much of my body actually worked on apart from my legs. My lower back is still very sore so I'm going to have to book in somewhere else tomorrow to fix it. I was charged $88 for this and he recommended that i come in the following day for a head massage. I dont think so. Not sure if this was standard practice or if it was because I'm a tourist  visiting Rocky. I get a lot of massages and don't mind spending  $88 for a really good one but in my opinion this was far from that and it was very overpriced.

I booked online for an hour and a half session and only got about 50 minutes.nAfter being called in to the massage room I waited there for 10 minutes with cardboard all over the floor and a smelly dog sleeping in the corner. When Len finally came in he started on my leg then not even 2 minutes in left the room to tell his assistant/receptionist what groceries he wanted. This happened at least 4 more times and the whole time I was in the room there was something that made a loud beeping noice every minute or so. The massage was also very bad and I came out feeling worse than I went in.

First time here today. I was greeted very friendly by name & felt an important client. I went for waxing after a friend told me it was halfprice!. Didn't have to wait, was right on time. The beautician was lovely & friendly, professional. I will be going back.

I have had many spray tans before and always come out happy with my results for many years... Had one here today and was absolutely shocked at how it was applied hardly any touched my skin with a quick spray here and their over my body.. Walked out still Lilly white as when I walked in and for one of them to tell me it  Develops over a certain time.... I should at least see or feel on my body.. After over 3 hours and there is still no difference... I'm extremely cranky and to still be charged... Never going back!!!!

Hi came I saw I didn't even get out of my car...please clean your yard!! If that's the state of the outside I definitely do not want to come in and lie on your massage table questioning your hygiene!
