I have been dealing with Lemon Baxter for ten years with my rental properties, and also with a 1860's 3 level historic building in the CBD which was sold last year. I have also recommended them to many of my business associates over the years, which I do because I find their professionalism and company culture align with my personal attitude of being straightforward, to the point and no BS. I can say without doubt they have made my recent retirement very pleasurable with their input into my property decisions.

Very bad experience, we rented their warehouse and before we get in, their manager Jonathan Walls promised us to clean the roof for free then after we moved in for 6 months, he asks us to pay half of the cleaning cost. Very unreliable and strongly NOT recommend to everyone who looks for property management services!
