Leisure Pools have been absolutely amazing! From the very start to the finished product Taylor, Stuart and their team have given the very best service along the way. Having dealt with a lot of other tradies in renovations to our home, it was refreshing to have a company that did not mess about, kept to their word with everything, and communicated everything to us the entire way through the process. They were always willing to answer every single question, offer suggestions and explain everything in detail. This has been a ‘no stress’ project for us because of the way everything was handled and organised by Leisure Pools - no hidden surprises! The super friendly and personal service you get with these guys is what has made all the difference to us. We are unable to fault the pool (great quality, unique design with the splash deck) or the service we have been given. Every person they used for each step of the build have been great. We would highly recommend Taylor and the team for anyone looking at putting in a pool! Thank you once again to Leisure Pools for a great and easy experience....and of course our amazing pool!

We contacted four pool companies to obtain quotes for a new pool and we chose Leisure Pools (Northside Brisbane) because Taylor was just brilliant - he understood what we wanted and said they would take care of everything and they did. Work was due to start early November but due to the continuous downpour of rain it was pushed back by three weeks. We weren’t happy about the delay but appreciated that the heavy rain affected everyone else too. To our surprise, Stuart the owner turned up unannounced and said the dig was to commence on Monday, weeks ahead of the new scheduled start date. On Monday it was full steam ahead and the whole project including fencing and landscaping was completed within 2 weeks. Yes 2 weeks! We love our new pool and our backyard looks amazing. Yes there were a few minor hiccups but LP didn’t waste any time ensuring the issues were resolved as quickly as possible. Everyone who worked on the project worked extremely hard and nothing was too much trouble for them. I made sure the boys had plenty of water and soft drinks and at the end of the day I treated them to a beer for their hard work. We wanted a pool company that took care of everything for us, the pool, the landscaping, the fencing, council approval etc. We didn’t have the time nor the patience to be involved in the project in anyway and LP exceeded our expectations in managing everything. Taylor check in with us often throughout the build ensuring we were kept updated which was awesome. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Leisure Pools. It was a stress free experience with an outcome that exceeded our expectations.

We recently had a pool installed by Leisure Pools. I can't rate them highly enough. Everything went very smoothly from the sale to the install no question was silly and they stepped us through the process. I loved their designs and the lifetime warranty was very appealing to us. We chose a Reflection 7m in Crystal Blue with Cascade Water Feature and deck jets. It looks amazing. My 5 year old wants to go swimming every day, even in Winter. Thank goodness we bought a heat pump! Thank you Leisure Pools, I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a pool.

Great experience from start to finish, excellent communication and workmanship - we are very happy with the end result with such a fast and quality install, everyone we dealt with throughout was very professional and helpful, would highly recommend Taylor, Stuart and the North Brisbane team!
