Nice little supermarket and a good alternative to Woolies or Coles. Big selection of takeaway food, sandwiches etc. Big selection of cheeses and fresh produce.
Perched some ribs from this store today noticed a bad smell once taking them out of the packet checked the date used by the 2nd of aug two days out of date not ideal. I wouldn’t usually worry too much and just cook them up for the dog but this would be the third time buying off meat. This store has gone down hill and is far from the store it used to be when I first moved to the area.nnHi therenCame back in to the store today 19/08/2024 since my last review just a heads up the meats still off at least I didn’t need to check the date I could see that it was no good.nSecond photo of salami.nnStill selling out of date meat $35 dollars and out of date I need to stop buying meat from here nothings changed.
I won't be going back until that guy with the darkish hair and moustache on the checkout is removed. He just doesn't want to pack your bag for you?? I have had a couple of goes at him and his excuese is that some people don't like their bag to be packed by the staff. I have never seen/heard that before??nUsed to be a great store but gone to the pack. The deli has gone right down hill. Too much fruit is being packaged.
Thankyou IGA Greenslopes for yet again cooking to perfection our delicious and succulent chicken, pork and vegetable roast for our family Christmas dinner. Such friendly staff on Christmas Day. What a quality supermarket. We will definitely be turning to you again next year!
I love the look & feel of this supermarket. Well, maybe I shouldn't call it a supermarket more a corner store type of feel about it. Lots of interesting products to browse which Woolies or Coles would not stock. Prices a tad high, but that would be justified by the array & quality of fresh produce available
