I met with a number of other legal firms and eventually chose LegalVision. I signed up with LegalVision almost 4 months ago to help me with my start-up. They have been absolutely the right choice for us. Very supportive, very punctual and efficient. They have absolutely exceeded expectations. I would certainly recommend LegalVision based on my experience so far.

My mind has been so blown by LegalVision I barely know where to start with this review. Not only do they have great basics - lawyers who know what they're talking about - the level of innovation and customer centred design that has been built into their service offering is remarkable. Legal services have been around for so long they have become one of those industries with very little innovation in my humble opinion but LegalVision is intentionally innovating for the benefit of it's clients in ways that make me know this is going to be a very long relationship. 10/10 would recommend to a friends.

From capital raising to commercial and employment agreements, the LegalVision team of lawyers based across NZ has been super helpful and responsive. Legal is one aspect of running a startup that can be especially daunting given costs that can quickly escalate. However, the monthly subscription model works very well for us at Quashed. I have been researching legality in company formation, nonprofit organizations requirements, Trust, NDA and Sole proprietorship LLC in New Zealand and LV makes great sense and a good fit for my next phase in establishing a business operation.  Its online website ticked all the boxes I require and will start to contact one of their representative who has left me their contact details...watch this space.
