Rachel was wonderful, she really took her time with the reason we were calling. I felt that she really did feel for our situation. She helped out a lot and was able to explain our options. She also helped clear up things that non-legal experts had been advising us. Halfway through the conversation the phone cut out and we called back and got someone else. This man understood that we wanted to continue our conversationwith Rachel. He emailed her and she called back when she could, not compromising her service to other customers.
Went into the legal services commission yesterday afternoon and spoke with Jenny regarding a motorcycle collision I was involved in. I couldn't express my gratitude enough, She showed sympathy, Compassion and explained everything clearly and concisely. Unsure why other people have had issues with her because she was the most polite woman I've spoken to. She was explaining how she'd been in this field of occupation for 14 years now. I feel as though the other reviewers most probably had a poor attitude towards her. If there was a higher review I could give to her and legal services commission it would be a 10/5. Upon finishing my consultation she said I'm welcome to come back anytime I want with any questions no matter how often I need to come back as all the information was quite overwhelming but she did a fantastic job at explaining everything. Very happy with my experience here and highly recommend you see Jenny when you get there.
Legal Services Commission were very helpful during a stressful time. Although they would not represent us in court they gave us advise that made it easy to represent ourselves They are far better than other lawyers and legal aid services who are only interested in helping people on welfare.to claim legal aid payments. highly recommend.
receptionist is rude on the phone and also doesn't state her name when answering. Maybe learn some better phone manners.
